So I have grown increasingly interested in CBT. Its is another interest to add to my list of things to try. I really love the idea of a dominate partner, and playing the submissive. Sadly the gf isn't the most dominate person, but would love to "serve." The issue is that its not really serving her if it is something she doesn't necessarily want.

So ladies and gents, who has some experience with cbt? What have you done? Any tips or tricks?
