Damn, sounds like you had one hell of a birthday party. Dick's Last Resort sounds like Ed Debevic's in Chicago. They do that kind of stuff there. Throw stuff at you, try to humuliate you, etc. I had a buddy that was so rude and crass back to the waiter that they gave him and his wife their meal for free.
