Since I first watched the movie, I was intrigued by the guy that had lived on Big Macs as his staple diet for his adult life, yet was perfectly healthy. I've been wanting to lose weight for a while, and then the idea struck me. If Jared can lose weight eating only Subway sandwhiches (and with help from his aides) maybe I could lose weight eating only Big Macs... Now, I wasn't chronically obese to begin with, but I was carrying more weight than I should've been... So, I figured I'd give it a go. All I eat is a Big Mac at lunch time, and another one at dinner, and then just drink in between. Since I started my McDiet about 3 weeks ago, I've lost on average, 2 lbs of weight a day, and my waistsize has dropped 2 inches, back to it's original size, but I haven't felt tired, or felt the need to snack in between meals, so all I can say, is it's working for me, and I'm going to continue with the McDiet until I'm down to my target weight.
