Last night was awesome. Ethan Browne [Jackson Browne's kid/Model/DJ/SupahStar and my writer] and I had our meeting with the German last night. Holy cow...
We showed up at this guys house/studio to hear some of the music he has been working on at around 8 pm. His house is on the top of a street named Outpost. For those of you not familiar with LA, there are a few areas in this town that are just st8-up impressive...Malibu, Brentwood, Mulholland Drive, Hollywood Land and Outpost... So we get to this friggin' palace... There are twenty or so giant candles lighting the walkway up to what E! and I had been under the expectation was going to be a chill work evening...um....no.
We walk into the Mediterranean style house to find the entire house warmed by hundred of candles. Tapestries and Pillows cover everything in sight. The place is amazing with a view of the city to rival that from the Ghetty. Pow! I honestly had chills running down my spine.
We make our way into the kitchen and are greeted by Our host and his music partner...and 6 of the hottest women I have seen in while. Quite obviously models. they were
Turns out two are from Romania visiting and two from NY. The other two were girlfriends of our host and his partner... They were two bottles of fancy pantsy Shiraz ahead of us. Of course, it was our duty to catch up...
Long story short, six bottles and a huge delish feast later, we sit down in front of one of the most impressive home studios I have seen In a while... I mean this dudes machine room was bigger than my apartment! He drops on a few tracks of super high quality Lounge-Core stuff (BuddahBar kinda stuff) and we spark a joint.
We each did what we do best...Ethan kept the women entertained as I went to work on the German. Turns out he manages a rotating film fund of over 80M and has an output deal with Universal and Silver Nitrate. Woooohooooo! The best part... He has LIVED OUR MOVIE. He IS our movie. The man is ber Jetset International Playboy style... We are having dinner again next week. Things are good...
I went home with a high and a high. Ethan went home with two hotties. I think I may have gotten the better deal...
