So I got word last night from my writer, whom I have been working with for the last year, that he just finished the final rework of the material I have spent the last year developing. I should have a new draft in my hands in two weeks. *falls over*

I have spent the last three years of my life looking for 'the one.' Looking for a project to get passionate about. Looking for material that I can spend three years of my life with and be the driving force behind. Well, I think I may have found it.

I see a lot of crap come across my desk. A lot of crap. When the good ones come along, you know it. You grab them and you hold on tight. This film is so sexy, so brutally honestly. It's about living in the 'Hustle' and told against the sexy backdrop of the modeling industry in NY. Can you say H_O_T?

And now comes the hardest part of all of this development. You see, as a chief fundraiser for for a huge film non-profit company (IFP/Los Angeles), I have developed relationships with every executive in town, and positioned myself quite well as a producer. But now comes the delivery. I now have to put my balls on the line and put this material in front of all these people. This is where they look at my taste and my understanding of this business, and decide where I fit into their puzzle. I feel like a stripper going out to dance for the first time. I hope they like the size of my...screenplay.

Get ready to come on quite the ride with me folks. I have a feeling the next six months are going to be quite interesting. I will try to keep you guys up to date with progress (minus the boring day to day shit).
