Uprooted.
This weekend. I moved. 'I' isn't enough.... This weekend, My Fliplet and I moved both ourselves into our new apartments with the help of some of the sweetest people on the face of the earth. IndieStarGirl and Lauren drove all the way up here with a truck to help us start moving last week. So amazingly cool and kind. But not to be out done, they returned this weekend, bringing with them Caradoc (fuck yeah! new family.) and Daze (one of the funniest people I have met in a very long time- and a big dude , so we made him do all the lugging after a night of drinking- sorry!) We moved two apartments with TONS of vintage furniture in such like four hours. Unbelievable....
Now comes the unpacking and settling into a brand new routine...I haven't lived with a roommate in some time...i thought i never would again. I never thought I would have to deal with stuff like stacked parking or non-communal pot. So it go's. I made my bed...time to lay in it. But I am looking forward to it. I like my new roommate. I like my new apartment (just needed to be scrubbed down BIG TIME).
Gummy is starting to comfy too. She is just purring and kneeding (sp?) with he paws...such a princess. I think she is going to like being the only kittie [-the little slut.] She loves being around all these men...sticking her ass up in the air, prancing around. At's my girl.
I slept well in my new room. It doesn't feel fully functional yet, but I think it will get rather comfy... I like having my own bathroom and i like having a nice clean and heated pool within spitting distance. Not to mention the insane TV/Stereo system my roomie has...such a media junky.
Long one....
So i have no computer at home any more. The computer i used was one fliplet and i got together and I let her take it. My roomie has one, but it means no more nights IM'ing with those i am infatuated with...and THAT...bums me out. But I wil survive. *deep breath*
Anyone heard from Robin?

i'm glad i could help. surprisingly, my back wasnt too sore the next day.... which is a big shocker to me, considering i have the back on a 50 year old woman.
have fun unpacking. i have lived here for over a year, but i find that just keeping boxes of stuff into the closets is just easier than finding a place for things.
