I got spammed, (big surprise), ....and this is what they sent me. Wierd.

Yep dodgy is a way to put it! I think all of Longbeach is a bit shady! At least that is the impression that I am getting. On the upside there is a great sushi place!

SO I guess you are in the process of moving.... i still have not finished up unpacking, but only because I have nowhere to put all my stuff. Went from a huge 2 story townhouse to a small one bedroom... But just until I find something better.... or someone crazy enough to live with me and my 2 cats smile
