I'm as random & inconsistant as Melbourne weather. Don't worry I think about youz alot..no shittin!
So I had my birfdee party on Saturdee - better late than never - went to strike bowling with around 30 mates. It was abit hectic especially considering half of us were late, including myself lol, so, drinks ahoy. Free shots to all bowling courtesy of the bowling establishment & 5 lanes of chaos....wicked!! During which I was attacked with party poppers galore to which I responded with slow mo getting shot moves. People were amused I tellz ya.
So after been beaten by half the girls and most of the guys tenpinnin we had use of two pool tables. The DJ hooked me up with some funky breakbeat tracks and mates hooked me up with absinthe & messy chaos insued, well for me it did. I even forgot to get money for bowling off all & sundry. I did manage to get a game of pool in with Deaks as my partner and we trumped it...but somehow we lost, then again we were playing Shanks & Sanchez, the two most competitive hombres i know. In all honesty I don't remember the game finishing so maybe we did win, lol.
So....from there Chops, Sara, Slink, Weesa, Dave & myself headed to the Tote where we saw 'Peeping Tom' (the original Australian band) & 'Dread'. To say the gig rocked was a fuckin understatement!! Peeping Tom played some wickedly, funky, hard, stoner rock that was just what the doctor ordered. Then Dread just blew my mind to no end! The funkiest, grooviest metal I have heard since....since Pantera (RIP Dimebag). A force to be reckoned with. They gave me a shout out for my birfdee & handed me a few Js amidst the glorious set with me going all out front of stage with Chops & Slink.
