Well I wanted to read something by Tolstoy because I had never read anything of his. I wasn't in the mood for War & Peace, so I went for Anna Karenina. I know it's not a guy book, but it was really good. The level of detail is astonishing. I feel like I actually lived it instead of just read it. It was also interesting trying to figure out when someone actually had sex because they didn't come right out and say it.
