So maybe my boss was right in turning my desk away from the window to be more productive. What infact he should have done is cut off access to this site.. Sigh.

I have 90% of the costumes done for next week. I decided to make the velvet shaws alittle more decorative so I am handsttiching beadwork onto the bottom of the shaws and I found this luxurious fake rabbit fur to put around the collars. Im really pleased with what they look like so far. Plus its been awhile since I have used my sewing machine so its a welcome sight.

Im really finally getting into something again that doesnt revolve around a game or gaming system. I am completely enamored with the whole 40's/50's style. I have decided to start doing my hair more to look like this



Than what I have now which is exactly this cut just with Hot pink highlights in black hair.

I am also heading out tonight to get my hair lightened into a light shade of reddish brown all over. Bye bye hot pink and black. I am really excited about this change. It makes me feel girlie and happy about this. I also went out on my lunch break today and picked up some patterns for a couple dresses and a skirt. I havent bought material yet but I hope by Thursday to be working on my first 50 style dress. I had almost forgotten how much I use to love to sew until recently. I always get into something and for whatever reason I have to put it aside and rarely go back to it so this is one of those times I am happy to come back to something I once loved. Wish me luck. I also must give a shout out to zombii she has helped me so much with the little changes. Thank you girl! So I am going to put aside my gaming alittle the next couple of days and actually do something with my nights. Im excited.



I am very happy sock. Its odd for me to be so happy but I thank the man who is there for me when I need to talk and whine and adore the man who keeps invading my dreams and helps me smile very morning. Eye Lurve ewes.
