So goes 2004, "Year of the Double-Edged Sword"
A very lame and tame NYE. Spent it with a couple of old friends I grew up with, joking about the old days and how much easier it all was. How we're all moving on, how much we love being parents. It was good though, what I wanted. I didnt want bullshit people, I didnt want to be in a club.
All I really wanted to do was talk to the girlie while the ball dropped. But that didnt happen.
For the most part it was my going away party, most of these guys I'll likely not see before I go away.
