Well, where to start, found some decent footage on you-tube of a visitor to the island soing 180+ mph on our mountain roads!! (they make it one way during the TT) this guy is fucking insane! It may not look like mph, but i can assure you its not a fake!
This is where i spent most of 2 weeks rocking out behind the bar.
And a tiny section of bikes waiting to get on the boat when i was working there too(there was around 400 bikes per boat journer)! The one thing about bikers you notice is they're all so nice! No trouble at all, Not even from any badge clubs.
Also proof the TT attracts some larger than life people! Vader and some off duty storm troopers enjoying a beer after a hard day of universal domination! He was last seen in a police cell after cheating on the fun fair by using the force!
Hopefuly that is a small insight into a small section of the TT that happens every year, Hell if anyone wants to come over let me know and i can show you a good time and put you up etc.

Society at large has a distorted perception about most subcultures bikers are no different. Appearance does not denote behaviourism and yet people still seem surprised when the guy with the nose ring and purple mohawk doesn't eat babies and is actually an alright guy. The Bulldog Bash is one of the safest and most crime free events you can go to but despite this Perception still causes problems. .

Everybody has their own idea of who should be doing a particular job and when someone doesn't fit into their conveniently structured organised view of how things are then they get a bit confused. Where I work the shopfloor staff are far more intelligent than most of the management, you don't really need intelligence to be retail management just a willingness to sacrifice your life on the altar of career advancement and not ask questions.
