That is the one thing that is constant is change. We can do nothing about it. We must go with the punches. It is all we can do. Rather we are prepared or not. It causes us to act spontaneous in times when we are unusually are not. I am not good with change, but this is something I am learning to get used to. Reality that is and how it works. I can not control it and i like to have control of everything and this is something you can not do. Sad, but true.
