7 years of working as an animal cruelty investigator has taken such a toll on my heart and my head. I went to see a psychiatrist today. She diagnosed me with Post traumatic stress disorder and told me I have to take some time off. I have over 300 hours of sick time, over 300 hours of comp time and over 80 hours of vacation. I guess I can take some time off. And I think the fact that I have over 680 hour of time I can take off, says a lot! I guess I have not been taking such good care of myself. I really think it's time for a career change.
