EVERY time the phone rings or I need to make a phone call I totally panic. So bad in the whole world. I cry, I get nauseous, my hands shake, I get a fever, breathing gets hard ... Even if it's not important at all.
And I always just sit around for about 25 minutes making myself nervous before I do it. I let all my calls go to voicemail.. and just wait to listen.....
Sigh...
So, yup... of course, I need to go make a phone call right now.
I don't know what I think is going to happen...
This just sucks so much... when everything else about the way I feel is really okay, or even good... being forced to use the phone really makes me hit the bottom again.
I don't even call my friends or family... It's not really who I'm talking to that makes me nervous.

Thats actually what Im doing right now... procrastinating on making a stupid phone call to order contacts. ridiculous.
