Thank you for your comment on my blog, it gave me a great perspective. The lady that helped me that day hugged me twice and the check out lady hugged me as well. I'm really glad that it all worked out. I'm always so disgusted with how people can just throw their animals away. I'm always looking in the pet section on Craigslist and there a a million posts about how people need to get their pets away because they can't keep them any more or because they're moving. I just don't understand, it would be like giving my children away. It's so frustrating! My dream would be to open a no kill animal shelter with all types of animals.
