Thanks @annajune. Doing good so far. Sleeping well again & doing more cool things. I didn't have a major problem, was just drinking nearly every day. Being a super nice drinker & having a high tolerance does not help. Just that my body was telling me I needed to slow down. Also, it seemed that too many times I'd greet my workmates with, "I'm a fuckhead. I drank far too much again last night." 🤣
