Sooo, i got a job in cypress and my lease is up in june, i am sure by then i will be sick of the commute. so goodbye 213 area.

me and aaron are moving down to the long beach area, and i need some help because we are looking for a place with the following:

large 2 bedroom, actually only the living room actually needs to be large.
at least 1 non street parking spot
washer dryer hook ups or washer dryer in the unit/complex/building
small dogs allowed
within a mile (walking distance) of restaurants, since one of us works from home with no car and will probably want to eat lunch.
$2000 to $2500

if anyone knows of anything or has any suggestion of where to look that would be great.

so far we drove around belmont shores, naples, and looked at a place downtown but it was too small for something long term with puppies.
