It is really cold here today! 
I have been working away like a good girl!
And i even went to the gym yesterday! Worked hard too!
Well this weekend is not going to be a fun one as i have to tackle my lab write up and it is going to be a real bugger as the lab manual was writted and explained badly!

been on the phone to bulldog, i was in position 21 and it took 45 mins to get 11, then i was fooling with my phone and i closed it and lost my position, by the time i called back it was closed
