i've never been on diet before, but in the last year, my sedentary lifestyle and fondness for beer and chips has finally caught up with me, which has been a bit of a shock just like when the lung cancer catches up with me because of all my smoking--- there'll be no Rosemary Conley to take that away, oh no!

so we'll just have to see what happens!
