I'm cold, cranky and have cramps. My back hurts and my patients is beyond worn thin. I'm surrounded by idiots that don't know what the fuck they are doing - really they are all a waste of resources and would be doing everyone a favor if they just dropped dead.

I want a warm shower, comfy blankets and to do absolutely nothing. Too bad none of that is on my list of things to do.
