I interviewed for a string one lead position and a string six/ten relief position. The different levels of keepers are basically lead or primary - which pretty much explains itself. After that there's a floater or relief keeper. The floater floats amongst the different strings within a section. And a relief is the backup to a lead.
Starting October first, the day after my current position is over, I start as the new string six/ten relief keeper.
Yup. So there you go... update as promised.
In other news of the world, my ankle is feeling better, however, after a long day at work - because non of the other apprentice keepers can seem to restock the fucking hay or alfalfa which is not light mind you - not to mention clean out the last three stalls. I'm not a big fan of Mondays, and my ankle hurts. I'm sorry for the rant. That's it's for now.
That's it for now.
