I have at least four more loads of laundry - it would probably be more if I separated the darks from the lights, but alas, I'm not that domesticated.

I made a difference in at least two children's life. I helped an older child stop hyper ventilating, and got three adults to relax in the water.

I had iced coffee for dinner, and a beer for desert, tomorrow can't come and end soon enough.

I'm cold, cranky and have cramps. My back hurts and my patients is beyond worn thin. I'm surrounded by idiots that don't know what the fuck they are doing - really they are all a waste of resources and would be doing everyone a favor if they just dropped dead.

I want a warm shower, comfy blankets and to do absolutely nothing. Too bad none...
