Monday is my Friday, but it was Monday all day long. Every bit of it.
Friday and Saturday, I'm the primary bat/otter keeper. Sunday and Monday, I'm the herp/invert primary. Upon opening my section, Andrea ( the head bat/otter keeper) announces over the radio that there is a bat that appears to have spent the night outside and that she would check things out. The...

It's cold and windy and rainy and a bat was thought to be dead... Finding him in the rain first thing in the morning ruins the whole rest of ones day.
I'm ready to go home.

When you found it in the rain, was it alive or dead?
Regardless, i'm sorry your day was ruined

Almost as bad as what I thought it would be.
Moving on.

I've spent the day trying to please everyone else, but me.
I'm not looking forward to tonight at all. I already predict a head ache... Bending over backwards isn't getting me what I want.

hard to balance making the world happy and finding your happyness at the same time.
Sorry!
Sorry!
skullgrid:
at the risk of sounding obvious, maybe some bending over forward would make you feel better?
First and foremost, everything is fine. Sometimes my mother goes on drunken rants and forgets that plans were made, or that things were to be done, or not done... then she'll start to bitch and complain about random shit and life is hell for a day or so. Then things get better until the next time... and it's really not as bad as it seems,...

Please save my baby! Jeudy Francia, a woman in her 20s, shrieked outside the St.-Esprit Hospital in the city. Her child, a girl about 4 years old, writhed in pain in the hospitals chaotic courtyard, near where a handful of bodies lay under white blankets. There is no one, nothing, no medicines, no explanations for why my daughter is going to die.
If you need more persuasion you can view photographs of the destruction from the NY Times on my blog.

Waking up to watch the rain outside + a sandwich might make it better.

I beat teh rain to work, that made me happy. I am not so keen on walking to work in the rain.
Because even though margaritas don't make things better, they make one feel better, and get a long with those that you aren't getting along with - at least for a brief period of time.

Then I turned around and walked to my room and closed my door and put my head under my pillow and let the quiet put things where they are supposed to be.

Weekends are always too short, and Monday's way too long.

Closest thing I get to that is when I chop onions. That smell stays there for days and isn't pleasant. I really suck
I got off of work late. An hour later than usual, so it was a little darker than normal when I got to my car. About to back up, I noticed something sitting on my hood. A small glass vase of cut flowers.
My mom thinks that it's sweet. I'm not so sure.

If it's from the creepy guy, then that's an act of war. All bets are off. Maybe you need some guys to go and give him a little "talk."
