wow... I need to go to bed.

I heard a noise in the living room at 4am. I sit up and I see a change in light, a flicker like someone is walking around. So, I grab a shot gun and quietly walk the house... nothing. Fuck, my wife is right... I think this place is haunted, lol. I guess I'm up for the day now.... shit.

Long night at work... but, it's over for a few days. I'm on a diet and it's getting easier to stick to it as my daily meal coming home is a can of whole white tuna with peppers on top and two slices of light wheat bread. It's pretty good. I also stopped smoking and it wasn't planned. I just sort of lost the taste...
