Yes, sir... Atkins. My job is physically exhausting (I'm a nurse). So I found working out difficult. The beauty of it compared to other diets is you can eat as much as you want, long as you eat the right foods.

Nice! My hubby was on it several years ago and lost about 60 pounds too. It took me a bit to get adjusted... Would go on and off in the beginning. But now I'm right on the road.
Sometimes you are fighting the urge not leave a very depressing blog. Maybe I will pull myself together enough to fake a possitive blog later.

I got a flat kit for my new bike. Then I went out yesterday on my old bike & got a flat miles away from home. At least I got a nice walk in. Then I went out on the new bike & rode through downtown before all the clubs opened. It was a god day off with lots of exercise.

Some of the more dischordant bands like Aphex Twin would put me in a strange mood because their music seemed nightmareish, but they sure make awesome freak movie/video scores as your postings demonstrate.
