i got an i pod..
the 15 gig, it was birthday present.
and now that there is a format that allows me to skip across a huge library of music, and media that does'nt scratch, warp or break, i am a music consumer again. yes i bought cd's today that i owned the original vinyl of, and some new stuff..
even bit the bullet and bought interpol.
ive even been downloading stuff from the mac store, because, honestly if it has'nt been on limewire, i have long since lost or damaged the cd.
i needed to re-up my bowie,mvb ,neil young and sonic youth,
so...

and a pretty thorough t rex greatest hits got me started.
i forgot to get, japan, this mortal coil, gary numan and echo and the bunnnymen.
i need pet sounds too.
its been so long, i feel like a kid again.
i wont buy the white stripes purely out of there current level of popularity and that vinnie gallo hipness.
but, secretly i think that kids brilliant, and they are important...
better them then that crop of pudgy dickies wearing korn rockers with that thing in their eyebrow that opened up the millenium on the airwaves..

i cant watch cable news networks anymore, its wierd. scott peterson is no war...maybe somone will blow some shit up soon.
