so did i tell you about the Caribbean last summer?...i was snorkling in a cove off the coast of Martinique, and all of a sudden i found myself engulfed in a huge school of jellyfish...anyway i totally panicked like a little bitch, flailing my arms about like a crazy person....anyway, i flailed so hard that my right shoulder came out the socket.....had to slip it back in my damn self on the boat...doctor said i have...fucking WORST pain i've ever experienced...the doc said i have loose joints...still hurts when i do heavy bench....anyways have a good weekend bro!! 
ok, since I'm going to be out for a few days, and I'm feeling inspired, I'm going for a full length journal entry! Don't be afraid, it's just this once.

1. i like a little ritual in my life..not overkill though.
2. i'd go see as much music as possible and of course come visit you and stubert.
3. i remember my dreams mostly every night, rarely have nightmares and when i do they're usually on the comedic side.....
