I wish I could help, but NY is far away & I know nothing & no one anywhere near there. :\
Maybe if you got a nice big box. I hear those refrigerator ones aren't bad.
Which just reminded me of a William Gibson book - Idoru or All Tomrrow's Parties - where some hacker guy lives in a box in Tokyo with a net connection.
