me too my contusion is almost gone.... hooray! did you know that if you rub calendula lotion on your scabs that they'll heal faster with less scar tissue? it worked for me when I scrubbed my face doing circus tricks drunk on my bike when i still lived in Portland........

skiing was a lot of fun. hiked the east wall a few times. did the backstroke at the base... you know how it goes. finally started to feel comfy in slush which is nice. wish you had been able to come.

hey guess what...a real journal entry!

I spent this weekend putting new countertops & a new sink in my kitchen. It looks so nice now.

It's cold & grey here today - kinda nice though...I hate the heat.

So I see we lost our personal pics. Bad news is that some of them I don't have anywhere else since my big media drive crashed.
