win! - i signed a contract extension till April next year at my job today, which will see me moving into a system testing position.. with way more potential and future than the position i've been covering... pretty sweet given i have zero IT experience and zero IT qualifications

Indeed, drinks must be had!! Very keen - sounds great. AND if you're up around Wednesday, 30 August, my band has a gig that night with a host of prog rock bands including one of my fave Brisbane bands, Arcane. Very excited. You'd be able to hear my band live!!
