There is a type of yoga, called Agni Yoga, . Agni Yoga is the unification in fire. The fire is defined as the essence of man and is used to heal, and to radiate light, love and power. Agni Yoga means to bring your Inner Fire of Spiritual Electricity into expression through the seven qualities of: 1) harmony with the highest principles 2) concentration 3) unity 4) expression of essence 5) fusion 6) purification and 7) synthesis. (Note 1, Below) Through all of this, we move to oneness.
