Exciting news! I went in and met with the owner of the studio that has that amazing vocal program that I auditioned for AND she hired me as an intern which means my tuition will only be $1500 and I can take any of the dance classes offered at the studio for FREE!!! Internship = 8 hours a week answering phones and myspace messages and booking classes...so easy! I start next Monday and I'm super excited about it, in case that wasn't too obvious.
Having a 3 day weekend made me forget how much I hate being at work and how slowly time passes while I'm here. 5 1/2 hours down, 3 to go.
Other exciting news (at least it is to me), turns out Dryad and I live only a couple miles from each other, and we're going to hang out tomorrow night after I get off work! SO looking forward to meeting her in person!
