Gidget’s Sparkling Blackberry
3 Large Blackberries
½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
½ oz Chambord
½ oz Vanilla Vodka
Sweet Sparkling Wine (Mascato or Spumante)
1 Sprig of Tarragon
Pull tarragon leaves off the stalk and gentle muddle in shaker before adding blackberries and muddling. Add simple syrup, Chambord and vodka with ice and shake gently. Pour into collins or highball glass half filled with ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with sprig of tarragon. It will look like the photo, so stir before drinking so all the flavors mix well. Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of tarragon if you like (it's easier to drink without though!).
