Oi, that sucks. Good luck, but I'd start polishing my resume and hitting the job sites if I were you. Sounds like they're trying to maneuvering you out the door one inch at a time. Last time things turned sour at a job for me it hurt like hell, I fought, but I also started going to interviews on my lunch hour. They fired me over some made up performance qualm, but I found out later the whole company was having budget issues. They were trying to cut costs without losing face. A month after they let me go they couldn't afford to pay the staff on time. I got hired for a better job a week after I was fired because I started looking early. Seriously man, start looking for a better offer, that's the only way to beat them at their own game.
