I'm a struggling optimist.
it isn't much better.

I have realized whenever i try to actually talk about things outloud
to people.
my legs shake.
and my chest tightens.
and its hard for me to breathe.
and i get light headed.
like my body threatens me with the worst possible panic attack if i dare continue to discuss how i feel.
its bull shit.

hmm.
perhaps its too late?
you are getting old.

but if your willing.
i shall teach you the way of a struggling optimist.
then, we can write a book about it!
