Well I guess I really should open my mail earlier in the day.

Thanks! It wasn't until later that I learned that it's the investigator who determines if you receive "whistleblower" protection or not. I laugh when people see the State or any goverment as benevolent, and looking out for the "little guy". I'm just glad it's finally off my record and clear. It's time to pick up and move on. When something tremendous like that happens..your life is put on hold..and it sucks. Thanks again!

Yeah, the heat and humidity has been batty as hell up here too. I've never appreciated air conditioning so much. Now if only the AC in my car didn't suck so hard....
