Alright, let's change that stupid old blog.

I missed Padre's party on Saturday. It's a bummer for me but I had to cater to my family's desires because I was hosting them here in Phoenix. Judging by the photos, the party got pretty wild and I don't think my brother and my sister would be able to handle all that awesomeness, anyway. So it was probably for the best.

We did go watch Jack Johnson at the Crikett Pavillion on Sunday. It wasn't bad. I hadn't really heard much of the guy before. He's got a couple of good songs but I don't see myself buying an album. There were a lot of girls there, but there were also a lot of 15 yr old girls there. I think my ears are still buzzing from the shrieks.

I've got the next couple of days off. I am going to clean up around the house and continue to prepare for my Vacation. It's starting to come together pretty well. Flights and Rooms are booked and I've arranged to meet my cousins in New York City. I think this might turn out to be a really nice trip. There are a lot of chores and errands that I need to do while I am off. So more of this Vacation will be spent on responsibilities than on leisure. It seems like kind of a drag, but I guess that's just the way things are.
