I haven't even logged into the site for about a week. That's kinda rare for me these days. Maybe I'm entering one of those phases where I get bored with one thing and find something else to keep me entertained. And I have found something else. Someone else. I'll talk about that later.
Hopefully, I'll have some time this weekend to catch up with some chat folks. You know this time of year is very busy and very stressful. Am I a scrooge because I dread the holiday season? It's just so much responsibility that I can't find any joy in it anymore. It's really nothing more than one big chore.
Thank goodness for New Year's eve at least. It's like a little reward at the end of the tunnel where I can drink all my problems away for a day.

And I totally agree. The Christmas season has turned into a big chore instead of people just enjoying the season. There is so much uneeded pressure during this time of year.
