So the meeting went okay, nothing figured out tho :\ all she kept saying was "I'll have to ask my husband" why the fuck didn't I meet with him then? Sooo frustrating...idk if this is gonna work out. When i asked when our contract would be finished being drawn up she told me they had decided to go on good faith for the first six months then they would draw up a contract?! WTF. I was like no sorry, you will get rent only after I see the paperwork. She is so stubborn...its so hard to work with some people... Everything i asked was more than reasonable... but I guess we won't know anything til tomorrow... so still waiting Ill keep you all updated!
