So I am back...and I recognize very few. I was here from 2002-2004ish but left due to medical school/studying/girlfriend time constraints.
After frittering away a great deal of time today on here, I am wishing I could somehow meld this site with my USMLE (medical boards) question site. Maybe a photo of an attractive woman with a question next to it about her retropharyngeal abcess, traumatic aortic rupture, or diabetic ketoacidosis...then perhaps I would accomplish more in a day.

yeah...SG can be a massive time suck. it there were somehow a way to harnass its power for good (or at least usefulness) it would be awesome!
and what's up with your profile pic? it seems a little wrong. I mean...the hair color's a bit off and not near enough lipstick.
