The past couple days have been great, I started working out again today. Now I'm going to play Pokemon and eat frozen grapes.

My older granddaughter told me the "cure" for the brain effect is to simply place your thumb on the roof of your mouth and press hard. That stinker is right! Try it! (Or maybe you already knew.)

It did get better today. I was productive, and got a lot done. Not as overwhelmed today.
