I watched Suicide Girls Must Die, I thought it was great, it was funny and i love any excuse to watch SG's for hours, although it did keep me wondering the whole time if the girls were in on it, (and if so who was in on it) and how they would react at the end... I was just thinking "are they allowed to do this to them??"
I hope all the girls recovered from the experience and can look back at it and laugh!

the weight loss is going slow. just maybe 10 lbs so far...but i'm looking to loose fat and put on muscle so i'm not so much concerned with total weight (although i do want to loose 20 lbs overall, its more an arbitrary goal than finite deadline)...more with taking some inches off around my waist. as of right now all of my extremities have lost some size (which i've been told is the first thing that happens) and next hopefully i'll drop a bit in my mid section.
