I have Shingles.
Not contagious. You can only get them if youve ever had chicken pox, and they are brought on by stress or old age.. oh and NO they arent an std.

shingles:

Fri: Saw my ex-boyfriend. It was strange.
Danced at Rics till 2am.

Sat: back in the valley by 8:30 am. Op shopped. And got my hair bleached.
