You dont need to ask here out right away. Something that worked more times then not for me was to walk up to a girl and tell her that she was beautiful. I would just go up and say "hi I'm Brian and I couldn't leave here tonight without telling you that you are beautiful" Then I would call the bartender over to cash me out. She would usually be impressed that I gave a compliment and was actually going to leave without harrassing her that I would get her number. If it was a place I frequented I would pay before I did this, and just leave after complimenting her. I would hear from the bartender the next time I was in that she was asking about me. I would run into her again some other night and we would just start talking and hanging out. 

Hahaha maybe I'll give it a whirl one day if I ever find a place close.

No shit, and their rules and regulations are hardcore, they go after people like a hive of killer bees when they claim someone ripped them off somehow. Yet personally i think they rip off other people all the time... like the panda characters in WOW, come on, they can't tell me that isn't a total rip off of Kung Fu Panda!

Idiots :/ They did the same thing at one of my old jobs, instead of promoting an employee that was there since day one, they hire some idiot that has no idea what she was doing. She constantly harassed me, i complained several times and they blew me off so i started to refuse to work on her shifts, then they started lying and scheduling me with her anyway as a "surprise". I didn't play that shit and left. The chick they didn't promote left after me because she felt unappreciated and said that everything went to hell after i left (i came in on my days off and picked up other peoples shifts all the time). Dumb move on their part, everyone liked her and other employees left after her as well. The harassing moron they hired kept chasing new people off. The store manager finally left because she couldn't handle the job without us, haha! If you don't know that treating your essential employees who are holding the store together fairly is important, then you should not even be allowed to manage a house plant.
