*sigh* I'm so frusterated with my boss. it's nothing new, he sucks most of the time. however everytime he goes out of the office for a week or a few days he inevitably calls me up and starts asking me to do a bunch of things that I've never done before and that he's never gone over with me.
I feel it's completely unfair to expect me to do things I've never received any offical training for. so now I have a pile of things to do that I don't feel to good about doing because he's never taught me how and I will have to figure out on my own.
I don't really know how to tell him that what he's asking of me isn't fair, without it coming off to him like I just don't want to do it and I'm making excuses to not do it. But I need to find a way to let him know that this isn't acceptable to me. he either needs to spend more time training me how to do his job or he needs to not ask me to do his job while he's gone.
