My boss is such an ass and I hate my job most of the time!

today we were chewed out because neither me or my co-worker are financially educated enough to come up with ideas on how to bring this client aboard. Neither of us have the financial background to know the difference between what the boss is suggesting and the alternate thing the potential client wants to do. so how can we have ideas, when we don't have the education to know what the pros and cons of what is being suggested are? that's like being a brain surgeon and demanding that your receptionist with no medical training give you new ideas on how to preform brain surgery! not only is it a bad idea but it's pretty much impossible.

he doesn't pay us enough and doesn't pay overtime when we have to work 14 hour days to put on a seminar. which is illegal and proves he's a crook.

he's stupid and has trouble figuring out how to forward an email (not kidding. he asked me if he still had to hit send to forward it). He complains about EVERYTHING. We work in a building at a Marina and he actually complained to the management that thre were too many BOATS in the parking lot. boats at a marina? go figure. fucking dumbass.

oh and he's also biggoted, racist and sexist. I don't even want to repeat some of the things that have come out of his mouth about homosexuals, mexicans, homless and african americans.

He repeats everything you say back to you like a fucking parrot. Me: "I did the report." him: "YOu did the report?" I hope that retorical becasue I'm tired of repeating myself. it's like I have an echo!

I pretty much despise him. I want to give him food poisoning.

I'm only staying here because he's paying for me to study the series 7 (that's a brokers test to trade stock) and when I get that, he can kiss my ass, i'm gone. I'll make twice the money I make now somewhere else as long as I have my series 7.

if only I can survive the next six months....
