This weekend I plan on making some Filipino dishes. I'm taking my cookbook with me when I go to visit the kids. There's a supermarket in an area I used to live in that supposedly has everything that I want, or miss for that matter. We shall see though.

I want to deffinately make some tuna sisig. Maybe some bulalo (sp?). And I need to find some decent rice. This crap we have in our normal stores just doesnt cut it for me anymore. And I love me some rice!!

Ok, Mr. Crankypants is heading off to bed now.

Too much work and ZERO play makes for a cranky me.
