OMG!! I just made the most delicious dessert ever!! AND ITS EASY AND HEALTHY!!!

Go to the store and get some fresh berries. In my case, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and black berries. Cut up the strawberries and add those as well as the other berries to a saucepan. Heat up to medium-medium high heat. Drizzle a bunch of honey over the berries and let it heat through. Add a couple of dashes of Cinnamon. Keep stirring and flipping and mixing the berries till you get it to the heat that you prefer.

Then take a bowl with some shortcake rounds (or you can make/buy an angel food cake bundt thingy) and scoop some berry mixture over that. Make sure to add some of the juice. Add whipped cream if you want, but I didnt.

Makes such a good healthy-ish dessert!
