it's been fairly busy these last two weeks. i've been out almost every night, which has not done any favors to my cold. i've had it for three weeks now, should i worry? maybe. i was coughing at customers all day yesterday at work, they weren't too impressed to get my snot on their keane cds, methinks.
but! i have my new microkorg now, so all is well. and my new peavey keyboard amp. and my old keyboard. and a mike and a 4-track. damn, i feeleth all professional. like i might one day make real music.
in slightly more uninteresting news, i cut myself a fringe last night, just because i was very bored. it looks all right, but i can't see much. might have to fix that at some point...
oh and on friday i saw aereogramme at the reading rooms. they were ummm, immense. i like that word just now, it sounds funny so i'll use it. but umm, yeah a really good gig and the fact that i went with my ex and we had a nice time just being friends was cool too. i stole a pick from the bassist of aereogramme and the singer of mercury tilt switch called me the coolest person in the room cos i said they were too emo for me and gave him the finger. it was quite amusing. but yeah, everybody listen to more aereogramme, m'kay?
